What we collect

Only what you type into our forms:

• your name, and your business name if you give it
• your phone number and/or email address
• your answers to the "Can we help?" questions and anything you write in your message
• the date and time you ticked the box giving us permission to contact you

Why we use it

To call or email you back about your enquiry, and to keep a record that you asked us to. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. We won't add you to a mailing list or contact you about anything else unless you ask us to.

Who sees it

Only us. Your details are stored in [where you keep them, e.g. your email account and CRM]. These providers store data on our behalf and can't use it for their own purposes. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

If you don't become a customer, we delete your details within [12 months] of your last contact with us. If you do, we keep them for as long as we work together and for any period the law requires afterwards.

Your rights
